Meredith Marks reconciles with Jen Shah after heated argument over Son Brooks

Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City picked up from where it ended last week, the other cast members watching Meredith and Jen walk into a heated exchange with each other while ice fishing on a lake.
At the opening of the episode, Lisa Barlow begs Meredith to leave the past behind when it comes to her relationship with Jen, though Meredith explains that she doesn’t want to participate in appeasing her.
“She’s lying and denying. I’m done listening to the lies,” Meredith says, before Lisa tells her that she doesn’t think Jen “understands the magnitude” of the drama surrounding her involvement with Meredith’s son. , Brooks Marks, who she would have liked homophobic tweets.

Switching to Jen sitting with the other ladies on the ice fishing trip, Whitney Rose tries to explain to Jen that she needs to ‘own it’ that she is in charge of her own social media accounts, even if someone is. one of her team liked derogatory tweets about Brooks, as Jen had previously claimed he did.
Jen, upset by Whitney’s statement, accuses her and Heather Gay of siding with Meredith. “I never put anything in there after [Brooks]she said to the pair. “I’m done! You are on his side. It’s always been like that, always … I haven’t done any of that and I’m sick of being blamed. “
As Jen leaves the area where she was sitting with Whitney and Heather, Lisa stops her and tries to rationalize with her and explain where Meredith is from. Detailing that “Brooks never came out,” Jen roared back that she “never said anything about him.”
“You’re not going to put this bullshit on me,” she continues, as Lisa tries to calm her down. But, as Jen becomes frustrated with the situation, she ends up throwing a diamond bracelet across the snowy, frozen lake. The bracelet, which Lisa finds successfully after some research, is worth “at least $ 70,000,” she confirms in a confessional.

Jen’s assistant Stuart then walks over to the reality TV star, helping to try to calm her down. As Jen in tears tells her that the other ladies are trying to make her apologize for something she wasn’t involved in, Stuart tells her that she needs to find peace for herself.
“Yes [Meredith] don’t want to be friends with you, we have to make peace. Make peace with yourself, ”he tells Jen. “And what does Jen want?” And let’s get to this point … It’s not about apologizing. “
Jen then explains in a confessional that she is working with a therapist to learn that forgiveness is for her, “so I can let it go, so I can move on”, before meeting up with Meredith and the other ladies afterwards.
As Lisa asks them if they can both get along and find a solution, Jen apologizes to Meredith and explains that “the last thing I wanna do is hurt Brooks.”
